West Mifflin is in Pennsylvania, in the Northeast, where four distinct seasons shape local life: hot humid summers, snowy winters that can close businesses for a day, and a dense pattern of towns where walking, transit and street parking all matter. Getting around West Mifflin is easiest by car; street parking is metered in busy downtown areas, and most suburban businesses have their own lot. Ride-share apps such as Uber and Lyft operate across Pennsylvania's larger cities, and public transit varies from extensive to minimal.

My child is autistic and unable to endure a dentist appointment if it is anything beyond a very basic cleaning (and that is a struggle). When a tooth broke we were referred to Pediatric Dentistry Asleep. Very pleased with the whole process, the team is very professional and kind. They did well with my child and didnt question behaviors exhibited due to stress of a doctor appointment. The nurses and waiting room staff were fantastic. Dr. Joseph was thorough with information with his phone call prior to the surgery day and then before and after the procedure. Overall the best experience we have had with sedation dentistry and we have used 3 of the others in the area. Thank you for making the day easy for our kiddo.

Dr. Joseph and the nurse were very nice and compassionate. I can't say the anesthesiologist was compassionate and failed to provide trauma informed care. I assume she was from the surgery center not dentistry asleep. But everyone else was great and they did a wonderful job with my son's teeth. They didn't give my son a mouth full of metal caps like the local dentists do to kids around here. It was nice to have everything done in one visit because we had to travel almost 3 hours to get there. And my son has trauma from the local dentists doing a tongue tie lazer procedure and not numbing him. I highly recommend Dr Joseph. He's really good and we've been able to reach out to him with questions and he's very kind and a good dentist. He did a great job my son's teeth look great!

They were a very nice staffed hospital to do what they do. Very patient and very helpful with questions and concerns. My daughter had 8 teeth fixed in one day! She was happy and alert and back to normal 3 hours later. I recommend this facility for your children :)

The whole staff here and Dr. Alesna-Lam made this very scary thing as easy as possible . The staff was very caring , Yet very serious , updated us every step of the way while we were there and messaged and called days following the procedure to make sure our son was okay. This kind of care goes a long way with my wife and I and I would recommend anyone that needs dental work for their little one done in this direction . We actually paid out of pocket because we wouldnβt go somewhere with a bad reputation. They helped when they could with billing and insurance . 10/10 would recomend

Like any parent, I was full of anxiety and stress when I learned my daughter needed dental work with sedation because of her age (she's 4). I called several offices, but Dr. Josephβs stood out immediately for being compassionate and helpful. They patiently answered all my questions, never once making me feel like I was a bother, and went out of their way to accommodate us by fitting my daughter in quickly. Itβs worth mentioning that they donβt automatically schedule an in-person consultation prior to surgery. I requested to meet the dentist beforehand, and they completely understood. They fit me in, and Dr. Joseph took the time to sit down with me, explain everything face to face, and ease my worries. That meeting made me feel so much more comfortable moving forward. The procedure itself went very smoothly. We felt safe and secure at the surgical center, which was very clean, professional, and well-organized. My daughter was a little sore for a few days afterward, but Dr. Joseph personally checked in, and it was clear he genuinely cares about his patients. I would highly recommend this practice to anyone in need of pediatric dental care... though hopefully, we wonβt need to see
